Leading with a Performance Mindset

Managers play a critical role in shaping team performance, resilience, and culture. This programme equips managers with the mindset awareness, coaching behaviours, and practical strategies needed to model growth-oriented thinking and embed high-performance culture from the top down.

 

This programme works alongside the Foundation Mindset Programme to create a joined-up development approach, ensuring learning is reinforced through leadership behaviour and everyday team culture.

 

Programme Structure

Month 1 →  Building Your Own Performance Mindset

 

Managers explore how their own thinking patterns influence their leadership confidence, decision-making, and responses to pressure. Key themes:

  • Fixed vs growth mindset in leadership behaviour

  • Developing personal resilience and performance focus

  • Practical techniques to manage mindset under pressure

 

 
Month 2 →  Modelling High-Performance Leadership

 

Translating mindset principles into everyday practice. Managers develop skills to:

  • Coach and motivate team members through challenge and change

  • Provide feedback that supports performance and development

  • Reinforce solution-focused thinking within the team

 

 
Month 3 →  Embedding High-Performance Culture

 

Sustaining mindset capability across the team. Managers learn to:

  • Build psychologically safe and trusting team environments

  • Encourage learning, accountability, and continuous improvement

  • Support intelligent risk-taking and performance development

 

Managers also develop personal action plans to reinforce mindset behaviours within their teams and receive a series of practical mindset reminder emails to support ongoing application.

Add-On 1:1 Coaching
