Designed to run alongside the High-Performance Team Programme or as a standalone leadership initiative, this programme helps leaders model the behaviours, communication and mindset they want to see reflected across their teams.

 

Delivered over three months, the programme creates space for reflection, personalised support and long-term behavioural development that lasts beyond the sessions themselves.
