About Me

With almost 10 years experience working for one of London’s leading estate agents I have experienced first-hand the pressures of working in a fast paced and competitive sales environment. My rapid progression from Trainee Negotiator to Area Director meant that setting clear goals and reaching targets were ingrained within me.

 

Throughout my career I have worked closely with sales and leadership teams to identify their core strengths and motivations in order to improve their performance and maximise their growth and results.  Working with employees and understanding the driving factors behind what makes them ‘tick’ became an area I was fascinated by.

 

In an industry where success is measured predominately by sales figures, it fascinated me how some individuals thrive in this highly pressured environment, whilst others experience peaks and troughs in performance, struggle to keep themselves motivated and let the negativity get the better of them.

Why can some people cope with the constant challenges and setbacks that are thrown at them, whilst others of the same ability lack resilience and perseverance, and experience self-doubt, stress or anxiety?

My answer? Mindset.

As a Positive Psychology Coach with a First Class, Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Psychology, I believe that combining sales skills with a growth mindset and positive psychology coaching strategies is the key to your success in sales.

I bring high energy and enthusiasm to all of my training sessions and I love nothing more than identifying, coaching and developing the skills of employees to hit record targets well beyond our time together.
