Mindset Coaching
1 hour coaching sessions via Teams or Zoom

We will:

​

  • Identify your VIA Character Strengths and focus on how they can be used effectively to reach your goals.

​

  • Uncover what's most important to you and identify fixed mindset behaviours and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

​​

  • Break the habit of rumination and overthinking, and learn how to reframe negative thoughts using the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Model.  

​

  • Change your relationship with stress and develop your emotional resilience to failures and setbacks. 

​​

  • Empower you to step outside of your comfort zone and face challenges with confidence.

​

  • Map out your goals to ensure you have the clarity,  self-belief and mindset tools at your disposal to grow, succeed and take control of your happiness.
